E. Anne Warren, principal, specializes in strategic planning for school district and university emergency management programs and emergency plan development and implementation.

Her rich, practical expertise was developed during years of hands-on experience as a classroom teacher and district-level administrator. She led emergency planning and response activities through earthquakes, severe weather crises, HAZMAT identification and abatement, employee health testing and monitoring, and widespread power outages during the California energy crisis.

Ms. Warren is a frequently requested speaker and trainer of school site personnel, district administrators, Boards of Trustees and parent groups. She specializes in organizing school staff around an ICS written plan and their Safe Schools plan. She plans district-wide exercises, provides specialized training and can recommend appropriate emergency response equipment, materials and supplies. She often provides liaison between schools and local/regional public safety, human services organizations, corporations and vendors.
Anne Warren is the published author of The Quake Patrol, a curriculum-based children's book on earthquakes and safety behaviors targeted toward students in Kindergarten and 1st grades. She is currently developing the full series for other elementary level students.
